5.-9. September Cast off on the Spree!

Berlin is the most important and diverse musical location in Germany and the Berlin Music Week will use this year’s edition progressing once again. This will be with a central accreditation concept, a central ticket for professionals, with an ecologically-sensible local transport concept and Europe’s largest club festival and an exclusive open air event at an airport in the centre of the city, as well as a very reasonable price policy that is market-oriented. Showcases, matchmaking, receptions, delegate lunches, speed meetings in pedalo boats and cross golf throughout the city: it’s hard for business partners to present themselves in a more individual way. This will all be in a new and surprising, yet well-known location that is easy to reach and has the best clubs: the Osthafen, which is surrounded by the Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain districts.

Berlin Music Week is organized and coordinated by Kulturprojekte Berlin which is a non-profit organisation that works for the promotion, networking and mediation of art and culture. We create and manage cultural schemes and initiatives in and around Berlin, fund venues and festivals, and offer administrative services to the city’s cultural institutes – such as town anniversarys, European Month of Photography, Transmediale and more. Our cultural education department acts as a forum for discussion and coordination of events, projects and people in Berlin’s creative industries.
